International House Whistler offer students many options for accommodations while studying in Whistler.

Student House

Our student houses are located within the village of Whistler and only a few kilometers from the school. With private rooms and shared rooms, the Student House is a great way to make new friends while studying.

Homestay

The most popular way to spend time in Whistler is with the Homestay program. Homestay offers students:

• Private room
• 3 meals a day

Canadian family experience

The families in Whistler live her because they enjoy the lifestyle and most of them will be on their skies or mountain bikes right next to you as often as they can. It’s a great way to get to know Canadian Culture and get more English practice. All homestay payments go directly to the families.

Bed and Breakfast and Hotel

These options are available on request.

On of our local partners is Chalet Bambi. Chalet Bambi is a Swiss Chalet nestled in the beautiful Whistler Valley, offering spectacular views of Whistler and Blackcomb mountains, where you are only a short walk to Whistler Village and Ski lifts. Contact us for rates.

Housing Refund Policy - Homestay

The placement fee is non-refundable. There is no refund available for missed meals.

Before Commencement of Stay:
All other pre-paid fees are to be refunded provided that written notice is received before the commencement of the homestay period.

First 2 Weeks of Stay:
Should written notice of leaving or dismissal be received in the first two weeks of stay. A full-pro-rated refund is available.

After the First 2 Weeks of Stay:
A minimum of 4 weeks written notice of leaving is required. Dismissals are to be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

A full, pro-rated refund is to be given with written notice of leaving.

Less than 2 Weeks before Commencement of Stay or after the Commencement of Stay:
